1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using General Register Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access this service.

2. Authorized Educational Use

This application is designed specifically for schools, educational institutes, and authorized administrators. You represent that you are an authorized representative of your institution with the legal authority to manage student records (General Register ledger) and generate school leaving, birth, and bonafide certificates.

3. Data Stewardship & Uploads

You are solely responsible for all student profiles, G.R. sheets, and attendance numbers uploaded to this platform. You agree that:

• You have obtained necessary consent from parents/guardians to process student information.
• All uploaded records are accurate and legally compliant.
• You will not upload malicious data or attempt to exploit the server APIs.

4. Account Credentials & Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your school administration account and OTP sessions. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your credentials. In case of unauthorized access, contact system support immediately.

5. Service Limitations

General Register Manager is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we calibrate print alignment offsets to support pre-printed stationery certificates, minor configuration adjustments may be required depending on your local hardware and print drivers.
